What's really causing Alzheimer's disease?

What's really causing Alzheimer's disease?

It's not "genetic", and it isn't aluminum in the brain or the use of statins.

Today, we’re going to talk about the root cause of Alzheimer’s disease (AD).

We’re also going to debunk some of the common alternative theories on what’s causing Alzheimer’s, like aluminum in the brain or the use of statins.

Amyloid plaques and Tau tangles are very real in the pathology of AD, but they are the result of the condition, they aren’t causal.

The goal here is to provide the information needed to mitigate risk factors and prevent this disease from happening to you or the people you care about. An ounce of prevention is worth more than a pound of cure!

  • There are currently 55 million people diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease (or similar dementias) around the world.

  • AD ranks #6 among the leading causes of death in the United States.

  • The prevalence of AD is expected to triple globally by 2050.

  • AD is now being diagnosed in people as young as 19.

  • It’s estimated that 315 million people are living with pre-clinical Alzheimer’s disease, which means they have it, but it hasn’t progressed to the point that they’ve received a clinical diagnosis.

Do you ever experience brain fog, memory issues or trouble finding your words?

If so, you might be one of those 315 million with pre-clinical Alzheimer’s disease.

But have no fear, part 2 of this post will be recovering from AD without the use of supplements or any of the other snake-oils being pushed online, it will be practical recovery information that you can start implementing today.

This is part of my paid subscriber series of posts, focused on the root causes of diseases, prevention and practical recovery.
